Edit screen menu bar

File menu

  • Print Setup, Print and Exit perform as in any other Windows application.

  • New Game allows a new game name to be added. Besides a game name, the dialog for this asks for a path to the game program.

  • New Script creates a new script file for assigning game actions.

  • Import Script allows you to import (copy) an existing script file (shared by a friend, from a web site or some other source).

  • Open an existing script file for viewing or editing.

  • Delete removes a script or game from the listing in the opening and edit windows. If you remove a game name from the list, the script names also will be deleted. Delete does not remove any files from the disk drive.

View menu

  • Show/hide Action Editor. Calls up or hides the Action Editor window.

  • Show/hide Virtual Keyboard. The Virtual Keyboard allows you to enter keystrokes by selecting keys from an on-screen keyboard.

Options menu

  • Make Game Inactive disables use of scripts with the currently selected game. It does not delete the game entry or scripts. To make a game inactive, click on the game or script name, and then select this menu item.

  • Make Script Active causes the currently open script to be used with a game. If the game was made inactive earlier with the Make Game Inactive selection, the game also is made active. Active scripts are indicated by a red check-mark.

Help menu

  • Help Topics calls up the on-line manual.

  • About ThrustMapper calls up some general information on the ThrustMapper.
